No picking, husking or cracking of coconuts is required – this recipe assumes someone’s already taken care of that for you, and placed all that coconut goodness into convenient bottle form. You’ll notice we suggest that rather than pricey coconut syrup, you opt for a coconut extract. A little goes a long way and you’ll have more latitude to sweeten your beverage to taste.
½ tsp. coconut extract per 6 oz. cup
1 rounded Tbsp. ground Eight O’Clock Original
or Colombian Peaks Coffee per 6 oz. cup
Cream, milk and/or sugar optional
Simply add coconut extract to the bottom of the pot, and brew and serve as you normally would.
